IT Career OÜ

Terms of service

Last updated: TBD

1. Who we are

These terms govern services provided by IT Career OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 12828595, address Kärneri, Arusta, Kiili, 75402, Estonia). Contact: info@itcareer.ee.

2. Scope of services

IT Career OÜ provides consulting sessions, website design and development, software and mobile application development, and related maintenance and support. The exact scope of each engagement is agreed in writing before work starts.

3. Ordering and agreement

A booking request or contact message is a request, not a binding order. An agreement is formed when IT Career OÜ confirms the scope, price and timeline in writing and the client accepts it.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are agreed per engagement and stated without VAT unless noted otherwise. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless another term is agreed. Late payment may suspend work and support.

5. Client responsibilities

The client provides content, access, approvals and feedback within reasonable time, and confirms it holds the rights to any material it supplies. Delays in providing these move agreed deadlines accordingly.

6. Delivery and acceptance

Deliverables are presented for review. If the client raises no substantive objection within 10 working days, the delivery is considered accepted.

7. Intellectual property

On full payment, the client receives the rights to use the delivered work for its intended purpose. IT Career OÜ retains rights to its own reusable components, templates and know-how, including the base used for equestrian websites.

8. Hosting and third-party services

Where hosting, domains or third-party services are arranged, they are subject to those providers' own terms and availability. IT Career OÜ is not liable for outages caused by third parties.

9. Liability

IT Career OÜ is liable only for direct damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, limited to the fees paid for the engagement concerned. Liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or data, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights that consumers have under Estonian and European Union law.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days' written notice. Work completed up to termination is invoiced.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved first through negotiation, and failing that by the Harju County Court.

13. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version in force at the time an agreement is concluded applies to that agreement.
