2. What is collected
Contact form: name, email, and optionally phone, company or stable name, topic, message and preferred language. Booking form: the same, plus the selected time slot, service type and budget range. No account is required and no tracking cookies are set on this website.
3. Why it is collected
To answer your message, to prepare and hold a requested meeting, and to agree and deliver services. The legal basis is your request as a step prior to a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
4. Retention
Enquiries and booking requests that do not lead to an agreement are deleted within 24 months. Data related to concluded agreements is kept as long as accounting law requires, currently 7 years.
5. Sharing
Data is stored with the hosting and database providers used to run this site, acting as processors within the EU or under equivalent safeguards. Data is not sold, and is not shared for advertising.
6. App privacy
Each published app has its own privacy policy covering what that app collects. Those policies are linked from the apps and support page.
7. Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format, and may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@itcareer.ee.
8. Complaints
If you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, you may contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page with its update date.
