Cancel or move a booked session free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or a no-show, are charged in full. If a paid session cannot be held for reasons on our side, it is rescheduled or refunded in full.
Projects are invoiced in phases. A phase that has not started is refundable in full. A phase in progress is settled based on the work already delivered; anything paid beyond that is refunded.
Monthly hosting and maintenance can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the paid month. Partial months are not refunded, and you keep access until the period ends.
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies. Contact them first; if that route fails, write to support@itcareer.ee and we will help.
If a delivery does not match what was agreed, tell us within 10 working days. We correct it. If it cannot be corrected, the fee for that part is refunded.
Refunds are returned by the same payment method within 14 days of the refund being agreed.
